The villain for the upcoming threequelwill be the dastardly High Evolutionary.
The antagonist is known for his genetic experimentations, mainly centered on combining human and animal DNA.
He’s also the man responsible for creating Rocket Racoon.
Now it’s time for audiences to see how their favorite talking rodent came to be.
Now, six years later, it’s set to come to fruition finally.
