Hes also had plenty of time to plan for what hell do when getting back to his home Galaxy.

Thrawn has always had a strong presence in any room hes ever stood in.
But, this time around, he seems far more commanding than normal.
There are some other physical differencesin Thrawns appearanceas well.
For one, theres his highly debated shade of blue.
In theDisney+series, he is a tad lighter than many expected.
Thankfully, those deep, endlessly disturbing red eyes are just as terrifying as they always have been.

From what it seems now, he seems pretty settled and at peace with his current existence.
