The Amazonians-Wonder WomandirectorPatty Jenkinsannounced this spinoff film in December 2019 featuring the Amazonian race of Themyscira.
Jenkins will serve as an executive producer and there is no set date for production to begin.
The studio is currently looking for a female director to replace Whedon.
Blue Beetle- A film centered around the Jaime Reyes incarnation ofBlue Beetlehas been in development since November 2018.
Warner Bros has not yet decided where to place this film in its upcoming release slate.
Cyborg- Cyborg played a starring role in 2017’sJustice Leagueand has had a solo movie in development since 2014.
It has already been delayed from itsoriginal releaseon April 3, 2020 and currently has no new date.
Set to show theorigins of Slade Wilson/ Deathstroke, the film is indefinitely delayed at the moment.
He will also serve as an executive producer.
This idea was scrapped in favor of standalone projects likeThe Batmanand more confirmed sequels.
Warner Bros. was also in discussions withMichael Bayto direct the film in February 2018.
As recently as February 2018, McKay had a script nearing its final draft.
Plastic Man- Amanda Idoko was hired to write the script for this film in December 2018.
No other names are attached, although the plot is said to be a kind ofcomedy-action adventure.
It is assumed that both Jenkins and Gal Gadot will return to direct and star in the third film.
